Diamond Tours is a South Africa travel trade partner based in Cape Town. We work as a South Africa ground handling partner for travel agencies and tour operators, creating bespoke experiences for the clients you look after.
We are a Cape Town company and design every experience on the ground: the routes, timings and local arrangements your clients will rely on. Ask us about a place, a season or a practical detail, and a member of our team will answer.
Work with us on net wholesale rates, on commission, or by referral, depending on how your business sells travel. The arrangement is agreed with you in writing before you quote your first client.

Our team reviews your application and may contact you to verify your business details. Once approved, we agree your commercial terms in writing.

Sign in to the secure partner portal for your agreed terms, experience information and the trade resources we share with you.
Step 04
Send your clients' requests through the portal. We prepare a tailored proposal for each one, with availability and rates confirmed.
Applications are reviewed manually by our team. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval as a Diamond Tours trade partner.
Working together

Receive net rates for agreed experiences and set your own selling price, so you can include our experiences in your own packages and itineraries.
Sell our experiences at our published rates and earn an agreed commission on confirmed bookings made through your agency.
Introduce your clients to Diamond Tours and we look after the planning and booking directly, with a referral arrangement agreed in advance.

We do not publish trade rates. Terms are agreed with each partner in writing, configured for your account, and shared only with you through the secure partner portal.
